Registration and conference fees

The conference fee is covering conference material, coffee breaks, lunches and conference dinner, with rates listed below. Full-day excursion may be added to the fee, for participants choosing this option.

Early-bird fees (up to 15 March 2019):
- Full pack: 380 Euro (without excursion), 440 Euro (with excursion)
- PhD student: 200 Euro (without excursion), 260 Euro (with excursion)
- Accompanying person: 120 Euro (access, conference dinner), 180 Euro (with excursion)

Regular fees (up to 1 May 2019):
- Full pack: 410 Euro (without excursion), 470 Euro (with excursion)
- PhD student: 220 Euro (without excursion), 280 Euro (with excursion)
- Accompanying person: 140 Euro (access, conference dinner), 200 Euro (with excursion)

On-site fees (payable in Croatian kuna, cash only):
- Full pack: 440 Euro (without excursion), 500 Euro (with excursion)
- PhD student: 240 Euro (without excursion), 300 Euro (with excursion)
- Accompanying person: 160 Euro (access, conference dinner), 220 Euro (with excursion)

PhD students should provide and upload (as pdf) a proof of their status for registering at students rates.

To register, please fill the Registration Form and follow instructions on how to pay the conference fee. Note: Payment for the conference is possible only through bank transfer. Please upload a pdf of the payment receipt in the Registration Form or send it by mail to mts2019@izor.hr.
